Bangkok // Thailand 2012

Year 2012 is a special year for me. Main event being the reunion trip of my two long time friends – WX and WQ. Our first and last trip was 7 years ago. No opportunities to travel with them. My personal commitments were overwhelming, along with our family issues.
But all is well on 2012. This trip was one of the most fruitful trip I’ve ever had. The company and fun we had were amazing. Especially for the part when we arrived in Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok at about 21:30. Rushed to check into hotel and rushed out to Club at Funky Villa. We got to Funky only to realize WQ forgot to bring his ID card…We gave him the diao look.

No choice, I accompanied WQ back to hotel while WX waited for us at Funky Villa with a table.

Rushed from Airport to Hotel – Funky Villa – Hotel – Funky Villa.

The moment we got in to Funky Villa, 23:15. Time was not on our side, Thai clubs closes at 2am. So we bottoms up our first 3 glasses of Jack Daniels and Coke. At 00:30, we finished the bottle of JD and WX ordered the second, we didn’t know about it till the new bottle came. “Let’s be happy and don’t think so much.” He said.

I guess that’s how much fun we could have when traveling with the people we enjoy. It makes the whole lot of difference.

We ended our first night with WQ vomiting, WX steady and high, and me losing my way.
